Rentec Tenant Portal
Every tenant will have complimentary access to the Rentec Tenant Portal to perform the following:
- Easily pay monthly rent with a no fee ACH transaction or with your credit card for a small fee.
- Submit & track maintenance requests to staff
- Communicate via email or text message to staff
- The tenant portal is easily accessible through the link below or by downloading the Resident Connect by Rentec Direct App
- Easily sign up by sending your email address to mbradshaw@broadriverproperties.com and asking for your Rentec username and password
* Rent will also be accepted in the form of a cashier's check or money order. No personal checks or cash will be accepted.
* If not paying via Rentec, please mail rent to: PO Box 6, Earl, NC 28038 by the 5th of the month.
